“Your device is connected and can access other devices on you locate network, but may not be able to reach the internet. If you have a limited data plan, you can make this network a metered connection or change other properties” 

other devices work off of our router so I know that’s no the issue I’ve reset the winsock uninstalled and reinstalled drivers.
