Laptop Makes Squeaking Noises

My laptop constantly makes the noises that sound very similar to a hard drive head moving, however my laptop doesn't actually have a hard drive or any other moving parts other than the fan. I noticed that the noises get more frequent when I move the mouse around. 

 

Like I said, it sounds almost exactly the same as a 2.5" HDD would but I know for a fact that my laptop does not have one. Does anyone know what these noises could be or how I can minimize it because its quite distracting?

 

My laptop is an Inspiron 5790 2n1

That might be electrical noise coming through the speakers. Does it happen more when plugged in?

I don't think its coming form the speakers because when I put my ear close to it, I cant pin point where its coming from.

Maybe it’s a fan than

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick
