Recommendations for my PC

Hey! i'm planning on building a new PC mainly for gaming and programming. I've got a budget maximum of 1200. I would greatly appreciate any help, response or even a better build!

I'd perhaps aim for 3200MHz or higher on the RAM but other than that everything should work out :)

And I prefer Seagate Barracuda's for Hard drives through my experience with reliability

Yes! For the use that will be given, the BarraCuda is a good fit.

Yes, it looks like ??! But when the use will be heavier I am the first to suggest other units with more endurance.
