Destiny 2 Fps Drop / Stutter

Hello,

I am having some issue with Destiny 2 and fps drops, I usually have over 120fps and lately I been getting pretty big fps drops down to 30-40 frames and it's causing me to stutter and freeze for a 1-3 seconds. Not really sure what's causing this. Power supply is around 6 years old and GPU is almost 4 years old & everything else in PC is new except my older HDD but those are storage.

I just did a fresh format and windows install on intel m2 and everything is up to date.

3900x W/ Noctua NH-U12A

32GB DDR4-3600

GTX 1080

X570 Gigabyte Ultra - F11 Bios

EVGA 850W

I attached HWiNFO64 and was wondering if someone could possibly let me know if they see something wrong in my log file. I don't really know what to look for and would appreciate the help.

Coming from someone that had this start about a year ago, there is no fix as of right now. There is a reddit for Destiny tech support, (which I joined looking for a resolution), and it's been months and months of people reporting the same thing with varying hardware (all of which is very capable) with no response from Bungie.

The game is super unstable when pushed to higher and higher framerates on better hardware. Kinda funny imo. Sorry to break the news. I urge you to look around more but this has been my experience.

Well I think it's something on my end because the drops are pretty big. Just now I dropped to 10 frames and froze and was fine after about 3-5 seconds.

Here's another log file. It happened towards the end of the log file and hopefully someone can check it out and see if its my gpu or psu or something else.
