Hi, first of all sorry if i posted in wrong post but i really need help. What happen if i did not attach this? as for now, i think its broken.. and cannot be attach. what is this wire for? and what happen if i did not attach, what will happen? The black one is attached but the white one is not..

Those would be either WiFi or Bluetooth antennas, so without one reception might be poorer than usual.

As I said since there are multiple antennas it will likely wortk, just less good. 

 

Could also be cellular antennas if the laptop has a built-in cellular option, but since you gave no info about what we were looking at...
