riser cable,good/bad,can it damage the components?

Hellow my friends.

Well today finally I got riser cable from a guy whom I know from childhood.

He said test it,see if it's good enough.

From what I can see it was used,so I'm scared if this kind of cable can damage the board or card.

I haven't googled about manufacture of the cable,I'll post the pics and you tell me if it's good quality,average,should I test it or not?

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

I don't think there should be any problem, why? 

he just told me try it,and give a call in a week...he wasn't specific about it...
