Well I posted 2 threads about getting a streaming PC in which my budget were $600 and then $300 but now the budget has fallen to $200 because of my biology teacher who gave me wrong marks.

So what's the cheapest PC (which can stream fortnite) under $350 (I have$150 lying around somewhere) also before you suggest a used part make sure they are available in India.

Your best bet is to find a sub $100 used Dell optiplex with something like a 4th or 5th gen i5 and throw in a used RX 570 (or 1050ti if the power supply doesn't have an external power connector)

$350 equates to around Rs. 25000.

You can get a rx570 for around Rs. 5000.

https://h5.aliexpress.com/wholesale/radeon-rx-570.html?page=1&sortBy=price_asc&spm=a2g0n.seo-amp-search.searchResult.sortByprice_asc

You can even get a rx480 for around Rs.7000, if needed.

Get a used prebuilt from Dell, hp or Acer with 3rd, 4th gen i5 and i7. Most of the go for around $100 on eBay. Stay away from SFF prebuilts as they are pain in the ass to upgrade. I'll recommend something like this...

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Optiplex-7010-Core-i5-3470-3-2ghz-8GB-DVDRW-NO-HD-MT-Tower-Computer/233323701797?hash=item36532d2625:g:J-EAAOSw~jJcpqeF

Get a cheapo 240gb SSD. I have seen a few  drives going fr around Rs.2500 on Amazon.in.

https://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B07G2DVW6S/ref=mp_s_a_1_218?ie=UTF8&qid=1579328648&sr=1-218&refinements=p_36%3A1318504031&pi=AC_SX118_SY170_QL70&dpPl=1&dpID=51Qi9AV5IIL&ref=plSrch

You can get a cx550 PSU from mdcomputers.in for around Rs. 4450.

https://mdcomputers.in/corsair-cx550-550-watt-80-plus-bronze-cp-9020121-uk.html

So effectively you can get a pretty decent gaming rig for around Rs.20000.
