need help for pxe boot speed

so i have a Dell poweredge r540 and have windows server 2019 desktop experience on it and have pxe boot installed but my question is is it possible to make pxe boot super fast cause there are 12 seagate 1tb ironwolf hdd drives in there and a 1gb network card and i have a 1gb network but can i make pxe boot faster if i put a 10gb network card in the dell server and in the  pxe pc’s?
