Low fps

My mates specs, ryzen 2600, gtx 1080.

 

hes getting like 160fps in csgo all low temps for both are around 50-60c he’s getting low fps overwatch too.

 

utilisation on both is around 30ish percent

 

what's going on anyone help? Thanks

 

hes tried reinstalling drivers

Monitor all cores of the CPU and see if any single core is pegging at 100%.

 

Use HWinfo64 or HWMonitor to check.
