ok so im new to the VR world as i just got my oculus rift a few days ago, ever since i have installed it and the driver software when i try to stream to Twitch, i drop frames horribly, upwards to 60% frame loss. now this is a new situation because i just upgraded my pc and ran a few streams since upgrading with no problem. only since involving the Oculus has it become an issue, a very noticable one at best. the most weird thing is im not even trying to stream via the oculus, i am attemtpting to stream the same old games i always do, League, bloons, and so forth. i have tried going in to task manager and stopping all oculus programs and still doesnt help.

any help from someone that may know a solution would be great.
