Hello, I would appreciate if anyone could take a look on my list. I have bought most of the parts for my PC only waiting to buy the rest, would this build function?

One thing that I can see, It won't hurt functionality, but you have paired a unlocked motherboard with a locked chip. Would It not be better to get an 8700k. Also, the memory will only run at 2666 because of the cpu. I recommend getting something cheaper that runs 2666 by default.

But to answer your main question, this pc will function.

StangMan363 is right, your memory will be sitting at 2666mhz due to the 8700 (non K) being locked. Everything else looks fine, but I would change the memory or the CPU depending on your budget.

This board should be fine, I have had no problems with my asus board. I think the only thing you need to watch out for is making sure that your boot drive is in the slot that is pcie gen 3 x4 not x2, it hurts boot speed a little.

I would recommend if you can get a 1tb sata inland drive for around $80 it is a great value. I have one myself and I have not really noticed a giant difference in speed compared to my nvme drive.

doesn't seem like i can get anything for 80$ here i found Crucial MX500 1TB 142$

will there be any problems with my current power supply if i go with the maximus XI hero motherboard got this error with my current build.

The Asus ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO (WI-FI) ATX LGA1151 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the Corsair RMx (2018) 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it.

You don't need to worry about the additional 4 pin. If you haven't already bought the board then a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus board is better. The Asus will be fine though for an 8700K but the Gigabyte boards have better VRM's so would handle a 9900K better if you wanted that cpu later on.

If you are still looking to buy a cpu/board then you should also consider Ryzen. You will get more for your money.

Ok well up to you how you spend your cash.

You can ignore the warning about the additional 4 pin. It will work just fine with the single 8 pin cpu connector. The Corsair RMx will be perfectly fine as well.

thanks i already think that its impossible to switch over to amd unless i sell the some things i have purchased and i already lost money i dont have any problems selling my psu and going for the top of the line intel board if i want but that just sounds overkill to me i have also read that the i9 9900k can get really hot and i dont know if i can cool with air so maybe i have to switch over to water cooling.

The 9900K can get hot when overclocked. A good air cooler like the Dark Rock Pro 4 or Noctua D15 etc can handle it though. I would stick with a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus board though if going with the 9900K.

what would be a good choice out of  Asus ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO , Asus ROG MAXIMUS XI CODE , Gigabyte Z390 Aorus and what kind of Aorus board are we talking about here?

Any of the Aorus boards are good for the 9900K so depends on your budget. I wouldn't touch the Maximus Hero as the VRM is a bit of a weak point. The Maximus Code is just too expensive compared to the Ultra/Master.

So for Gigabyte here are 3 good options. The cheaper Aorus Pro wifi will handle an overclocked 9900K. The Ultra and Master are two higher end options. If you want value for money then the Aorus Pro wifi is hard to beat.

this is the final build the only thing that might be changed is the psu due to the i9 9900k because consuming a lot of power i also went with 4 ram sticks because the motherboard runs on T-topology which seems to benefit from utilizing all slots.
