Very low fps on every game HELP

Prestige02

Hi guys,

Recently I bought a gaming laptop ( Asus Rog strix scar II ( I7, Rtx 2060, 16gb Ram, 256gb ssd and 1Tb hdd)

But it seem that every game underperform.

For Example:

Battlefield 5 Low ( Rtx off ) : 30 fps

far cry 5 High : 40 fps

battlefield 4 medium : 55 Fps

I tried many things ( Update drivers, Reset computers ) with no sucess

Am I doing something wrong ?

Did you buy this new? Can you return it / exchange it, or go through their proper support?

Perhaps something is defective, since you've already installed all the drivers and reset the machine.

I will be able to, in some weeks. I am abroad now.

I bought it new*, but it was the pc that there were using for showing in the store. so it was used a bit.
