Need help with cooler LEDs

So I recently ordered a computer from cyberpower, it came on time and everytging, but when I went to turn it on I noticed that there was only LEDs working on one fan and not the other. Is this normal? I changed the LEDs in the bios to all light up but it still won’t turn on. This is the part I ordered, MasterLiquid Lite 240mm ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler with Dual Chamber Pump & Copper Cold Plate. Is it broken? And if so, how much would it be to fix?

is this a prebuilt system or you builkt it yourself? IF it is a prebuilt system I suppose you are still under warranty.

If you built it yourself, before contacting support, check that the LED cable are both connected.

It’s a prebuilt, and there are supposed to be 2 LEDs on it then?

Then, they should fix it for you under warranty.
