I got one of those trying to get it work on windows 10 pc its not working

 

It says its 'unplugged'.

 

In device manager

except it is plugged in.

So it goes- USBc, Lightning adapter, to lightning headphones?

Try this?  Updating windows drivers manually.

Method 1 rely on just updating my windows which is already done anyway. 2 3 and 4 are n/a as there is no device specific driver
