GPU Drivers cant login in windows anymore

If a graphics card doesn't work after installing appropriate drivers the card is faulty, that's one of the common issues even on laptops.

So i got problem with my GPU when i have installed my GPU Drivers my pc turns off by its self and dosent load in windows screen anymore ,i have sent it to repair shop and they said that gpu dosent operate when drivers are installed so they disables GPU and left display drivers in and they they also reinstalled windows

 

and after I got my pc back  I decided to update every thing using driver booster and after I clicked restart pc I cant get in my windows screen anymore it shows me blue screen with sad face and each time when i try to reinstall Windows now it says drivers not find insert usb or disk i think

 

Does anyone know how I can fix my GPU  and reinatall my windows i tried everything even that Rufus software

You payed a shop to fix it. They didn't fix the problem, let them now that and let them fix it again. Also don't use driver booster. Just download drivers manually.
