i just bought these hyperx cloud alpha's and as soon as i got home i plugged them in my pc and started testing them and i've noticed they sound very low if and i dont know how to describe it better. plugging the aux to the normal headphone jack on my mobo sounds low and cant hear footsteps at all in any games they are mixed in with the environment, tried r6 siege, csgo and modern warfare but when i plug them in the front ports of the case they sound perfect idk whats happening and i dont wanna use them in the front port as the wire upfront looks ugly and ruins the look of my built help!

its been 2 days and i still havent found a fix. i've tried everything in the sound control panel and even updated my realtek drivers and its still the same help please.

my mobo is the Gigabyte

Z370XP SLI (rev. 1.0)

come on bruh you gotta help me man!

I am just saying it might be an issue with the port itself in which case you are kinda screwed. Have you used the port in the back for previous headphones and it works fine? Also do you have any other headphones you can test the back port with?
