SD card mandatory One Action ROOT

So ive managed to follow a guide, and so far its all been going good... up to this step.. It says i shall copy some files to my SD cards mandatory. What does that mean? And how am i suppose to transfer the files? Thru the phone or use a SD card to usb adapter, cuz my phone doesnt show up on my computer when its plugged in... 

 

EDIT: i guess i can take the long way to first upload every file then download them on my phone and move them to my sd card. That will work too right?
