I would like to build my own pc. The primary purpose is graphic designing and gaming along with vedio editing and..... I'm thinking of making animations as well. 

 

I want suggestions for buying the cpu and motherboard. 

 

I'm not sure but did a little research myself and came up with this - 

CPU- AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

Motherboard - MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX 

 

Note:The pc is not intended to be used for overclocking and it should handle the above 4 subjects A-OK.

If you end up getting a 400-series chipset motherboard please keep in midn that you might have to update the BIOS before it will work with 3rd gen Ryzen CPUs.

The 3800X will hande the tasks listed above just fine. The motherboard you suggested is fine as well.

Not applicable to the MAX line up which was made to support Zen 2 due to the absence of B550 boards.
