GPU variants

hi everyone
im looking to upgrade my gtx 1070 to rtx 2060 super or rtx 2070
my question is this : is there any big performance deference between gpu variants 
i can get a brand new rtx 2070 inno3d dual fan gpu for 395$ 
when i read the specs it says that its turbo boost clock speed is 1680 while other rtx 2070's got a 1800-1900 boost clock but about 70$ more expensive 

so is there any noticeable difference worth the 70$ ?

in case somone asks my specs are
ryzen 5 3600

b450 aorus elite

16 gb ram 3000mhz

750watt psu

1080p 144hz monitor

should i wait for the upgrade? is there any new GPUs worth it coming up soon?

For the same price you can have a better GPU : 5700XT Pulse or Gaming OC are usually around that price.

 

There is the 3000 serie coming this summer and probably some unannounced AMD GPU too.

i have thought about it

but i heared that amd drivers are not well optimized

and unfortunately 

rx 5700xt is a bit pricy here in iraq

it still above 450$ for the cheep variants
