Gigabyte z390 bios problem.

I'm new to this forum so I apologize if I do something wrong in this sub. 

 

 I updated the firmware from f9b to the newest f10b, but after that I noticed my same oc (ram) was 3500 MHz max and with f9b 3700 MHz, so o updated my motherboard again to go downwards f9b and then the hell started. My pc froze while updating ? (maybe still some weird ram settings) after a couple of minutes I shut the pc down and my pc couldn't boot even no post codes anymore, so I shutted down my pc again and turned off my psu to force backup bios I updated that asswel so I could use a flash in f10b to turn the option also install backuo bios. So now my system is running and well but I got the idea I lost my second bricked bios? I thought I updated it again but aft er every attempt I can't get in with the power supply trick? I see still the same settings everythime just if it is 1 bios now

 

The option is only in f10b also update backup bios   in a flasher, but I think I dident work because I was in the backup bios  installing the new bios so ticking the box also update the backup bios dident install the  main bios right?

i tried neviflash www.win-raid.com/t5496f16-Tool-EFIFLASH-v-FOR-GIGABYTE-MOTHERBOARDS.html installing my current bios as DB main and backup installing. both of them said done 100% and the pc restarted, so they are both the same bios versions, but when i t changed some settings and ry to check if it worked with the psu trick it looks like it loaded the same bios with the changes i maked (not the defiault one  second bios)  or can i only trigger it when there is realy something wrong just like a couple of hours ago when one bricked?
