What are the temperatures like? Some graphics cards have a 0 rpm fan mode when the gpu is cool enough.

Even if i start a game wont make them start spinning.

Give it a minute or two. When the GPU gets hotter the fans should start spinning.

Can you check the temps of your GPU? Use HWInfo or something so it shows the accurate temps. If it still doesn't spin even at high temps, your fans are probably busted or something else.

If you do rule out what the others are saying, I would pull the card out and verify the fans on the card are plugged into the their header on the video card. I think it's a small chance that came unplugged, but it'd be something to check.

If it turns out your fans died, you may look at swapping it out for a AIO watercooling solution using the NZXT Kraken G12 and any of the compatible coolers. That'd only cost you ~$100 vs buying a new card.

i just tried and it got up to 65 degrees and still not spinning, i dont think the fans are faulty because they work they spin with afterburner

Do what @Spaceman_Wil suggested on the post above. It's most likely the fans might not be connected to the power header or it might be something else entirely.

I don’t think this may be the actual problem. OP mentioned that they do spin when he opens afterburner, that means they work.

I have exact same model. They definitely don’t spin when idle but not sure at what temp they start. I’ll check it out when I can and let you know. Did you change any settings in afterburner for fan curve? If not try to uninstall afterburner and hit it with load , I think they should start spinning around 60-65c
