Question on USB Hubs

Hi folkks, I am building a DIY desk and I would like to know if an USB 3.0 20 pin female to USB Hub (3+ ports) exist ... kind like this pic ?

in the picture on amazon picture, it looked easy to take it away from the plastic shell, what are you going for?

I dont want to tear it appart ... I just want to use double face tape and stick it on the under side or on the side of my desk but i dont want it to come with a USB connector to plug into the motherboard
