yes but he also needs a headset and i would like him to be able to have mechanical but if he cant thats fine. He also needs a build of course.

the games he plays makes a big difference in price, as less demanding games only need an apu, where more demanding games like battlefield need a cpu+gpu to play on high/ultra 1080p. Does he want to play fps games or games like LoL and WoW?
