I know it's quite long ago since core unlocking is a hype, but I just manage to have a board support UCC and got a unlockable Athlon ll at a good price. I determined to try out but stuck in a weird situation.

Here is my setup

Athlon ll x4 640 (E0 Rev. , with seriel number ADX640WFK42GR)

Asrock 770iCafe (support 140w cpu, Asrock UCC, bios r2.0 latest)

8g DDR3 1333

AcBel 610W Gold rated PSU

OS: win10

Scenario 1: all default, POST, boot to windows

Scenario 2: activared seperated core control →core not unlocked, POST and boot to windows

Scenario 3: activated accurated core clock→POST, core unlocked, not boot into windows

3-1 decrease core clock→nope

3-2 deactivated 2 cores→nope

Sdt everything to default then it's back to scenario 1 again

Weird thing is others seems to have a dedicated UCC bottom while I don't, anyway my guess about the problem are either

1. Some micro adjustment needed to be done in bios such as adding voltage

2. Windows os has problem with sudden hardware change(BTW, I tried both 7 & 10)

I tried to be as detail as possible, hoping for a undisputable result even if the attempt turn out to be a loss.

Best regards for everyone :)
