Freedom Free?

I am thinking of switching to Freedom Mobile as my current provider is jack shit!

Yes

i don’t call people so I don’t know what call quality is like, it does call when I call and that’s all I can say.

i have the iPhone X which has one of the lowest signal strength among modern smartphones, so I don’t even know if it’s my phone or the service when I don’t get LET in some buildings.

internet speed is fine when I have LTE, but pretty terrible when I don’t.

It's more likely service than the phone.  Freedom typically uses higher frequencies for LTE out of necessity (it's Rogers/Bell/Telus that have most of the lower frequencies) and thus doesn't have as good indoor service as a result.

I'm looking for a cheap plan and it is hard to find it seems.

I'm not.  My sister was, but she switched to Virgin due in part to coverage (this was a few years ago, so things have likely improved on Freedom's side since then).
