I recently updated my computer and installed a new motherboard and ram I'm getting huge stuttering issues with the GPU and the CPU and I'm trying to play games like monster Hunter world and destiny 2 I've tried reinstalling the drivers for the GPU and CPU the temperatures look fine I'll post a picture down below and I've even put in back the old ram I thought that might have been the issue. The stuttering is every few seconds almost on que. I've done bench tests using different software and they call come back perfectly fine.

I bumped the computer and dislodged the internet plug. Then I tried it again and it worked perfect fine (I was on steam) I am currently at work and can't try games on another platform. But I will when I'm home

Specs

i7 7700 (noctua n9su cooler)

GeForce MSI 2070

16 GB DDR4 360 ripdjaw RAM (old ram)

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB (new ram)

MSI PRO Z390-A PRO (old motherboard)

Asus z390a pro (new motherboard)

750 gold plus psu

Boot drive and games are on a. Crucial MX500 M.2 2280 500GB SATA III 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) .

I am also going to post a picture of msi while the game is running first and then one when the game is running without internet. I turned the graphics almost all the way down also. When the game is booted up and running when the the graph is constant.

Any help on possible drivers, bios issues or steam settings/windows setting would be amazing :)

Remove the cpu, ram, gpu and disconnect the hard drive(s)...then reinsert all...boot it up and try again offline and online.

If that doens't fix it...do a fresh install of MS, run "debloat windows" (download from sourceforge) in powershell, turn off automatic updates to Nvidia & MS, kill non-essential startups in task manager before rebooting, install a single game that you've had a problem with...play it off-line...then play it on-line.  Report back...

Seriously that’s the second case of problems with system when ethernet cable is connected in last two days. Previous one which I dealt with was that pc wasn’t booting when ethernet cable was connected. Still didn’t figured it out what may be causing this.

@Whiro tag or quote will do the trick

Steam Deck OLED 512gb , all other pc’s are gone
