computer building EZdebug dram LED always on

I am helping my friend to build a computer which has MSI B450M mortar max with Ryzen 3600. I installed all the things correctly but I cannot boost it. I plugged both 8 GB corsair 3000mhz and XPG 3000mhz ram in one slot but the dram EZ debug light was always on. Then I update the BIOS without a CPU and it seemed successful. What should I do now?
