Hello guys and happy new year ! So today while i was scrolling in fb's marketplace i found a computer with this specs:
CPU : Inter Core i7 2600 (4C/8T) MOBO : Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H RAM : Hynix 8GB DDR3 VGA : XFX RX470 4GB PSU :Thermaltake RGB 700W 80plus HDD : Seagate 500GB SSD : Patriot Burst 120GB CASE : Sharkoon VS4
and the guy who sell it said a price of 300 euros... And the amount is what i can actually pay at this point, i mean i can't afford right now to spend more than this...

The computer i use has this specs: CPU- Intel Pentium g630 2.70GHz, RAM-4GB, GPU-Nvidia geforce gt630 (version 1 i think...)
So my question is, is it worth spending those 300 for that computer to have it for couple of years, until i finish with my college and find a job to be able to afford for my self to build a better comp?
Yes i'm planning to playing games on it, like pubg, fortnite, league of legends....

EDIT: The guy who selling it was acting kinda suspicious and i found a different person to sell this:
Ryzen 3 2200g with gpu Radeon Vega 8, 8 gb ram 3000 mhz, motherboard gigabyte a320m s2h for the same price + He is living near my town so will be able to get it in 1 day

He says he can't for less, but the point is , is it worth of 300 euros?

Best way to figure it out is to scan the market for similar/slightly better builds and see the prices. Sounds like a decent deal to me, it's definitely not a total rip-off

Something that I do is just that, look for the machine or parts in buying and selling websites and compare. And regarding the question about whether it is worth it or not, well taking into account the games you play I would say yes! You should be able to play decently at 1080p, no more than that because the GPU doesn't support it but you can also play AAA titles adjusting some settings, believe it or not 8GB of RAM are enough to play AAA.

Unless buying new, that's actually a rip-off

Don't know the rest of the specs, but you can literally build a new one like that for 300. And it's crap in gaming, as it doesn't have a dedicated gpu.

Yeah but atleast this setup has better upgrade list than the previous one that i wanted to buy, i know it has no gpu but you can purchase it later

EDIT: forgot to say it has case of 60 euros and Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W

For that used computer (there is so many on the market, i wouldn't pay 300 euro's offer 200 cash or walk away. 250 max and make sure you see it working / test it you and make the seller write out a note stating if its has problem or epic fail in the first month then you want a refund.

if this is a no deal, don't worry there is always options such as refurbished components, sales, used components etc to build your own.

many people on this forum would probably sell you old components that are much better than the system your looking at.

for modern gaming, AAA games, you basically can't get a PC for 300 euros that will paly them at decent settings.

Wish could get it for 200 but it already costed 420 with screen LG i think, keyboard mouse headset Ryzen and he wanted to sell them as a set, so i barely made him to sell me the only thing that i needed.. He barely used the comp, he was working in internet caffee so he used to play there and now he went to the army, that's why he sells it anyways...

EDIT: Trust me for Greece this price is decent since here shops have no competitions between them like they use to have in USA where you can find parts cheaper than here + buying from Amazon here the shipping price might be 1/4 of the price of what you buy or maybe more....

if its all you can get and your getting monitor and everything with it, then it is not so bad if all included. and it will be better than your current system.

its an upgrade for sure, but don't expect to be playing AAA games at high resolution and frame rates.

there are some games out there that are actually good for lower > medium spec computers, like Insurgency and Insurgency Sandstorm are good and smooth on most computers.

not everyone wants to play AAA games at 1440p or more, there is so many options out there and games that were AAA games a few years ago in the steam sale at good deals now.

if its your only choice then it should be fine, make sure its seen in working order and go into settings to check the amount of RAM and CPU etc.

I see what you are saying, I have used vega 8 machines before and you can do emulation, maybe edit some pictures and enough to play the games you originally listed but look at this laptop:

Inspiron 15 5000, Dell Laptop 15.6" Full HD Premium 2019, AMD Quad-Core Ryzen 5 2500U, 4GB DDR4, 1TB HDD, AMD Radeon Vega 8 HDMI MaxxAudio HD Webcam 802.11ac Bluetooth 4.1 Win 10 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VC6MVB5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_jiHfEb1A3PEC0

There are laptops of about 300 US dollars with 1080p panels, if you look them up I am sure you will find some for you...
