I have a NZXT Switch 810, so I was thinking of getting a 420mm radiator, a white Swiftech Apogee, and a Laing D5.
I would probably get a tube res because they're more secure, and I might get rid of the 5.25" bays if I want to fit a 360 in the front.
I'd probably get some Bitfenix White compressions.

I'd suggest is getting better fans for the rad.  Noctua, Noiseblocker, Akasa all make good 140mm pressure optimized fans.  there are prolly others but this is all I can think of at the moment.  Most good 140 fans are 4 pin pwm fans, you can still run them on a 3 pin fan controller, so don't let that be an issue.

I'd also suggest a can controller with more watt's per channel.  the one you have linked only has 7 watts.  Lamptron makes fan controllers with 30+ watts per channel.  and to go with this, get a 3-1 fan splitter so you can run all 3 rad fans on 1 channel.
