Problem with iPhone 6s performance

I have an issue where my iPhone 6s is so slow, the volume buttons are unresponsive in games. I tried to follow guides to fix it, but nothing worked, except reseting it, but i don't want to set up my iPhone all over again, so i really need help with my iPhone performance. I have IOS 13 installed on my iPhone. If you would give me some recommended advice, i would be appreciated.

What's your battery health like?  Apple has something in Settings > Battery > Battery Health to indicate how well it's doing.  If your battery is run down, the phone may be throttling performance to prevent unexpected shutdowns (you can disable this if you're willing to take the risk).

 

If that's no help and you've exhausted other options, I think you've offered your own solution... make sure everything you care about is backed up (through iCloud, local iTunes backup and third-party services if you use them), and reset your phone.
