Would I get a bottleneck?

GPU would be the limiting factor in that case.

This question means you don't understand what a bottleneck is. There is always going to be a limiting piece of hardware. It is next to impossible to 100% balance a system. If anything, the GPU is where you want the limit to be.

 

Just stick with the 2070S
