Gigabyte 2060 super Reference PCB?

NewNamesProfile

Hi everyone, I recently bought a Gigabyte RTX 2060 super windforce and to put it super simply, the cooler is hot garbage. At low settings 1080p on Ark Survival Evolved, the card reaches 80+ degrees even with 100% fan speed. My case airflow isn't bad either. (3 140mm noctua fan intake and 2 out)

I was looking at watercooling and I found one that fits the reference PCB for the 2060 super. Only problem is, I can't find the PCB of the Gigabyte card anywhere.

If anyone knows if this card uses the reference PCB, please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Just to clarify this is the Windforce with 2 fans and not the windforce OC. Link: https://www.gigabyte.com/uk/Graphics-Card/GV-N206SWF2-8GD-rev-20#kf

I'm not 100% sure, but not likely the super windforce is reference PCB.

80c sounds pretty normal. The card has an 89c temp limit before it starts to throttle.

One thing you can try is lowering the v-core a tad or two and see if that helps lower temps a bit.

It most likely isn't a reference PCB

If I don't reply it's probly because I am in a different time zone or haven't seen your message yet but I will reply when I see it ?

Hmm, odd. Mine seems to throttle at like 80 ish  and lowers speed a load,

Well Gigabyte's site is time out on my web page.

Perhaps better details and specs here?

https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Graphics-Card/GV-N206SWF2OC-8GD-rev-10-11

The thermal limit may be set lower for Overclocked non reference cards. But from what most I've read, 89c (probably for reference stock clocked cards)

Edit: This depends on how Gigabyte setup the bios for the card
