Memory Management BSOD

I've been having issues with my pc recently, whenever i go to install something from steam or anything else my pc blue screens with the error MEMORY MANAGEMENT.

I've tried reinstalling steam, swapping ram sticks around, "Cleaning my ram". I've also tried checking my disk for errors and all that good stuff, yet i still blue screen after a few minutes of trying to download something.

Run memtest (or download Ryzen DRAM Calculator, has a mem tester imbedded in the download you can do from you desktop just have to run multiple instances of it until you have the entire RAM being tested all at the same time, read its instructions) - could be a memory issue plain and simple.  You are running well below the boards and CPU's capabilities with your RAM.  However if you are applying XMP (but on this SS its post crash it may be autodownclocked to 2133mhz now) and its over 2933mhz you need to work on stability with that overclock.

I Ran memtest and it said multiple locations didn't store values accurately. You have any idea if i can fix this by just going into the bios and changing some things ? if so then what exactly should i change.
