Avx offset worth it

Hello, I currently have my 8700k 

5ghz, should I push for 5.2 with -2 offset ? 
if so how do stress test it because most stress tests drop clocks too avx clocks 

and also games seem to run at avx too 

 

also do I need to numb voltage up abut for 5.2 

currently I’m at 1.3v should I go like 1.35 with 5.2 and -2 avx?

No, don´t care except you do video editing. I did not set it. AIDA64 extreme does stresstest without AVX if I remember right
