Error when booting to Windows 10

Go to solution Solved by C2dan88,

When booted to Win10 on your SSD and run msconfig click the boot tab. How many entries are shown for Win10? If it is two delete the entry for Win10 on your HDD

Hi, so when I start my computer, everything is normal, but then I get a Windows 10 error that something is wrong with my Windows 10 installation and that I need to fix it with a Windows 10 repair usb thing,

But when I restart my PC, everything is fine, I get to Windows 10, I need to enter my password and stuff and everything works just fine!

I think it's because I installed a SSD yesterday and instad of cloning, I just installed a new copy of Windows 10, and I haven't removed my old Windows 10 on my HDD

Could it be that?

But it should just think im dual booting 2 copies of Windows 10, right?

Check the picture

That's the error i'm getting, except the "UEFI" option thing

I'm not getting the same error code and file thing, but it is almost as this picture.

It could be as you suggested a problem with 2 drives with windows on them. You can check in BIOS what are your boot options and try to set it once to SSD and once to HDD.

That was the first thing i tried to do, but my BIOS does not recognize the SSD, it just recognize the HDD, and then there are options like:

CD drive

USB

And those stuff

Yeah there are 2 entries,

Are you sure i should delete my second (Which is my HDD)

Is it going to delete all my files on my drive or is it just going to delete is as an option to boot?

Does the error go away when you unplug the SATA/Power cable from your HDD?

It doesn't matter.

I will just install windows 10 usb thing and fix it,

But thanks for trying to help me! :)
