Is a 2070 Super worth it?

Building a pc for use on a 1080p 144hz monitor with a Ryzen 3600. Is an EVGA 2070 Super overkill if i want RTX and I plan on playing Red Dead 2, Assassins Creed odyssey, Rainbow six siege, and Sekiro? Would I notice the difference switching to the cheaper EVGA 2060 Super

If you can afford a 2070S, then go for it.
