16 GB RAM PROBLEM

So if you boot with only one installed, only one of the sticks will work and the other is broken?

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

First try reseating. If that doesn't work try swapping the stick around. If that doesn't work put only one stick in and alternate slots. If you find that both sticks work on their own in slot 1 and not 2 you've got a dead ram slot. If one stick works in both slots and the other works in neither then you've got a dead stick of ram
