So I am interested on these two

1) Corsair HD 140 RGB: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Fans/hd-series-rgb-led-config/p/CO-9050069-WW#tab-tech-specs

2) Corsair LL 140 RGB: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Fans/ml-config/p/CO-9050074-WW#tab-tech-specs

I believe HD 140 RGB performs better than LL 140 RGB in cooling because HD 140 RGB have high static pressure 1.85 mm-H2O and high fan airflow 74 CFM at max speed compare to LL 140 RGB have low static pressure 1.52 mm -H2O and low  fan airflow 51.5 CFM at max speed. Am I right? I know fan airflow measure in CFM so higher CFM means more air the fan push and I also thought high static pressure means good too but not until I read on this site

http://www.smithcomfg.com/tech-center/?p=23

"Fan performance is generally measured in terms of two basic parameters. The first is the volume of air the fan delivers per minute or per hour, and the second is the fan static pressure. Fan static pressure can be described in a number of ways, but in simplest terms it is the resistance pressure the fan has to blow against in order to move air in the desired direction. If the fan is blowing against a high resistance pressure, it requires more horsepower and delivers less air."

So high static pressure HD 140 RGB cool no good than low static pressure LL 140 RGB in rad or heatsink?

The Corsair ML PRO are the best they are good for static pressure and also good for airflow.

ML PRO rgb is out of my reach. I am in between HD 140 and LL 140 for the price.

HD 140 is better than LL 140 in cooling?

Yes, LL's aren't very good due to the short fan blades.
