Hi.  I've had my corsair voids for roughly 2 years now and the entire time ive had them, the mic has been extremely quiet to the point where im near inaudible, even with maxing out every possible setting in discord and windows etc. for mic input volume.  what makes even LESS sense is that when I use it on my macbook, it sounds actually normal... it just seems to hate my regular PC for some reason?  i've heard budget mobos can contribute to this issue and my mobo was like 70cad so i'm not sure if thats budget enough or anything but please help me out this is unbearably annoying.

EDIT: okay nevermind found out my MOBO is like 110cad to 180cad? it varies a bit but its more than i initially thought

Have you checked the Corsair app? Also try to record something with audacity in your pc and see if you can hear yourself normally.

yeah ive checked it plenty of times and my input volume is maxed and the voids are on the current firmware.  just recorded with audacity and no, it is still as quiet as it would be in discord

Maybe corsair support could help you.

I can't remember, is the Void a USB headset, 3.5mm headset, or wireless headset?

If it's 3.5mm I would try using front panel audio.

Quote me to see my reply!

It comes in different formats I think but mine is USB
