Spotify songs keep glitching

My spotify keeps glitching when it plays a song. I thought this was my Wi-fi that is slow because to remove the glitching I had to pause it, wait 3-5 seconds and it would play normally again... for a short amount of time. I played local songs in spotify and this problem still occurs but it's a little bit different. This time, it stops fully. And I cannot resume the song unless I rewind the song and play again. And it'll continue playing until the song ends.

I tried reinstalling the app, still wont work... I don't know why.

Corrupted online songs? This glitching happens to all songs. Including Local songs which is absurd! I have also seen similiar situations in the internet but nothing helps..
