bios boot options is too old which dont have USB, others are HDD / CD/ Lan/ FDD?

windows media creation tool (32bit) strangely isnt working

i dont think I could get a cd for it

Your best bet would be a bootable CD (Linux or Windows), sorry.

The media creation tool needs to run on Windows 7 or newer, so XP won't work. You could use the tool on another PC to create a CD, if you still have a CD burner anywhere in your home.
