Page 11 of the manual suggests to me that it's an LED termination, which wouldn't have been included with the case itself.

Your best bet is going to be to contact your seller and see what he/she had it attached to.

Page 9 suggests that the hub is a fan hub.

It's difficult to tell, but your third looks like it's a standard molex connector.
