Okay so I have a driver problem. My GPU drivers seem to uninstall themselves whenever I go to play a game. I can restart and they come back, or I can reinstall them in the same instance, and either way whenever I launch the game again, they uninstall.

My computer got temporarily moved and I needed a WiFi card, so I installed one, problem has existed since. Removing WiFi Card however, I still get the same problem.

I seem to be getting an error code 43 in device manager. - A generic error code when windows has a problem with a device.

Anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this to happen?

code 43 USUALLY has to do with resources , least it did back in the day. You would always see a code 43 when installing to many devices to a pci bus or a device that was far newer than the bus.

As for your problem did you move the gpu at all from it's original slot? Could maybe try a bios reset or update just to see if something got changed that wouldn't allow the card enough resources.

Nope, card wasn't moved at all, BIOS seems fine but I'll try the reset just in case.

Currently attempting a system restore, all else fails I think I will just reinstall windows.

Thank you for the input
