Cisco Catalyst 4948-10GE Not booting automatically

i got it. I just did "config-register 0x2101" then left config mode and wrote it to mem the restarted and it booted up all fine 

Ok so awhile y'all helped me setup this switch but I've been dealing with this for a while, any time the switch is shut off or looses power, when i turn it on i have to type 'boot' or it doesn't boot up. Any ideas?
