Hackintosh

Hello guys, 

 

I need help with installing Hackintosh. I have created an installation on my MacBook created EFI folder etc. and then plugged it into my Desktop:

What happened? It doesn't boot anything (Yes, I have changed the bios to boot from it. And YES I've done the required changes in bios.)

 

I also tried 'Clover,' and the thing was it doesn't detect anything (only windows, any bootable macOS) ;( 

 

Please keep away if you are going to text 'WHY DO YOU NEED MACOS?"
 - I don't play games. I am a programmer, so It's a lot better for me to work on it.

 

Do you have any ideas about how to install it?

Are you certain the media is bootable?

A straight copy of a folder is unlikely to do it.

If you "burn" it properly, it will boot in UEFI mode.

You do this in disk utility and selecting GPT for the format.

Yes it's a bootable installation

you need to choose GPT as the format of the usb installer otherwise it wont be detected in UEFI boot.

What did you use to make it bootable under a PC?

Also, another issue my hdd started to do these sound after the 'intall try'. Any ideas?

 

HDD was bought on 23.12.2018.

 

It started about the try, as I mentioned.

 

Model: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Was named 'Clover' and 'Clover Configurator' I followed a tutorials on youtube (many of them)

Okay? So format it on mac ? I used format 'MacOS Extended (Journalist)' or something like that. (was in the yt video(S))

Yeah do what the video tells you.

But in general the GPT is the key for the usb to be detected.

The USB is detected by BIOS but it is always booting the windows. I have installer created on USB and EFI folder is here. What to do ;(:
