You don't need 100$ cooler for it, get CM Hyper 212 (Evo\Black) and call it a day, maybe Scythe Fuma 2 if you feel the need for overkill.

Ashura are old, it will not have AM4 mounting bracket included.

But overall, Scythe (and Cryorig) coolers are very cost-effective, or rather it's that Noctua and be quiet! ones are overpriced, not for a reason but you don't need them for R5 3600.
