Looks like the case stock is decent, in terms of airflow and sound.

Actually pretty similar to my case (Thermaltake Core G21). Personally I have never had an issue with that case.

 

Other than cranking the RPM, I don't think there is much to be done to improve the airflow.

A decent air flow case should also have bottom fans.

I will never buy a case without front, top, bottom and rear fans!

Imo best cases for airflow are Phanteks P400A and FD Meshify C .

But this antec case is not bad at all so don’t worry about it too much.
