My PC is showing artifacts lately, it began with the xd kind (pic 1) from time to time, now its constant artifacts on screen (pic 2), its a prebuild PC and i had it send back already for another problem, but it came back with scratches all over the case so i don't want to send it back anymore (although it is still in warranty). I'ld rather just buy a new GPU instead. But i do have to be sure that the GPU is the cause of this for sure. I don't have the artifacts if i put the HDMI in the motherboard so I think its not the integrated graphics card. Is there anything else i could try to test to be sure that its te GPU?

Guaranteed GPU problem, that's a known graphical issue from early RTX days. Send it in for repair.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
