Best option for me?

These are the fans I'm looking at to replace the two CM sickleflows I have in the front of my case:

I'm looking for the quietest fans I can get out of these. I was thinking the corsair af140s but I heard they're loud.

I would go with the corsairs. But even better would be to go with noctua nf12's.

I have a bunch of (cheaper, much cheaper) cougar fans in my case. Guess I can't complain. I just suppose I've never heard them praised so highly.
