As the title says, I just upgraded my computer by putting a SSD in the m.2 slot, I took my cooler master 212 evo off since it was in the way but didn't touch the CPU, after installing it and putting the radatior and fan on I pushed the power button expecting a easy install of the SSD, I was in got a surprise, it wouldn't go to bios and the light for POST failed was on and the LED for the CPU has a problem was lit. I've done the following things to try and fix it my self but I'm out of ideas.

1. Take out SSD and try to start it up without it

2. Redo thermal paste and reapply radiator

3. Check for bent pins and they looked fine to me but didn't use magnifying glass or anything.

4. Tried using cardboard box as ranch bench to test shorting out

5. While doing number 4 I did take out all components and replug them in

6. Try booting on one stick of ram

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
